CONSIGNMENT POLICY AND AGREEMENT
To consign merchandise at Baby and Beyond, 91 Main Street, Luzerne, you must first make an appointment.
Spring/Summer appointments run from January thru May.
Fall/Winter appointments run from July thru November.
There is a $5.00 consignment fee for the whole year, payable from your first payment.
Clothing MUST be freshly laundered, spot free, wrinkle free.
Clothing MUST be less than 3 years old.
Commission is 50% of what the item sells for.
Payment is not before 30 Days of appointment date.
Payments may be picked up every 30 days or at the end of the expiration date.
Final payment must be picked up no later than 6 months after expiration date.
Items are not returned. (Exceptions are Communion Dresses)
If items are not sold, they are donated to the needy.
If certain items are not accepted, we reserve the right due to certain merchandise not selling, and limited space available.
