CONSIGNMENT POLICY AND AGREEMENT
To consign merchandise at My Sister's Closet, 86 Main Street, Luzerne, you must first make an appointment.
We accept clothing, shoes, purses, accessories and jewelry. Clothing and shoes must be less than 3 years old.
Clothing, shoes and purses must be name brand. We reserve the right to turn away any item we feel we cannot sell.
Retained fees: Fifty percent (50%) of the selling price of each item shall be retained by My Sister's Closet.
Imperfect Merchandise: items in need of repair or cleaning may, without notice be donated to local charities.
Consignment Fee: Each consignor will be charged a $5.00 fee for the year.
Price Reductions: All items consigned may be subject to price reduction at the discretion of My Sister's Closet.
Consignment payments can be picked up monthly or at the end of your contract date.
Consignment payment will be voided 180 days after the agreement expiration date.
Record keeping and follow up calls are the responsibility of the consignor to maintain of consigned merchandise and to call to confirm sales.
If merchandise is not sold by the expiration date, said items will be donated to local charity organizations.
Items are not returned except for real fur coats, formal wear and better jewelry.
All transactions and resolutions to disputes will take place in Luzerne, PA
